Principal GN&C Engineer to develop guidance and control algorithms and high‑fidelity 6‑DOF flight simulations for advanced aerospace systems. You will collaborate in an Agile multi‑discipline environment, optimize trajectory shaping, perform CEP/accuracy analyses, and transition algorithms into flight software environments with a strong emphasis on MISRA C and MATLAB/Simulink.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with guidance, navigation and control concepts.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++ for embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GN&C engineers in an Agile environment to meet milestones.
• Develop, verify, and validate guidance and control algorithms and 6-DOF flight simulations.
• Perform trajectory assessment, covariance and CEP accuracy evaluations.
• Enhance G&C analysis tools for new mission requirements and performance tuning.
• Transition guidance algorithms into flight software and ensure robust implementation.
• Model subsystems such as IMUs, actuators, propulsion, and thrust-vector control.
• Use C++ and MATLAB with OO design to implement and analyze G&C software.
