Job summary

Abzena Inc. is seeking a Project-Based Warehouse & Materials Management Contractor to lead GMP-compliant warehouse projects and drive inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with Materials Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, QA, QC and external partners to optimize processes, perform data cleanup in the ERP, and ensure safe handling of controlled materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations, materials management or related field.
• Experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environment preferred.
• Experience using an ERP/inventory management system to track transactions.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, data integrity and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Execute Materials Management projects against defined scope, milestones and dates.
• Maintain project trackers and provide routine status updates.
• Own inventory accuracy and reconciliation workstreams, including physical-to-system reconciliation.
• Support 3PL transitions and material movements, including transfer documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP in all warehouse activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
