Job summary

ManpowerGroup Brooks, KY seeks a Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced distribution team focused on GMP-compliant operations. You will support daily order fulfillment, stocking, and production-related tasks, while upholding safety and accuracy in a refrigerated environment.

The role requires lifting 40–75 lbs, using an RF scanner, and working 10–12 hour shifts with overtime on weekends. Join a structured DC workflow and contribute to quality-driven results.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 40–75 lbs and perform physical work including standing, walking, reaching, pushing/pulling, bending, and palletizing.
• Comfort working in a refrigerated environment (~24°F) and rotating in and out of cooler; PPE provided.
• Ability to use an RF scanner and work with warehouse tools such as Klever Cutters and tape guns.
• Basic English reading skills to read product descriptions, names and shelf labels; basic math for order/inventory tasks.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance, maintain strong attendance, and communicate effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Support GMP services including relabeling, repacking, inspections, and aggregated serialization of products.
• Perform warehouse order fulfillment: receive and verify merchandise, pick items, place in totes, and ensure shipment readiness.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by stocking shelves, rotating stock, and daily counting/discrepancy research.
• Handle returns processing, including data entry and returning merchandise to the proper shelf.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area while following all policies, procedures, safety rules, and DEA regulations.
