Job summary

Technology Transfer Services is seeking a Training Coordinator/ Supervisor to lead training initiatives in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical logistics environment. You will oversee onboarding, coaching, and multi-shift training programs while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of training administration in pharma, strong organizational and leadership skills, and experience with LMS/QMS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of training administration or coordination experience in a cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Leadership, supervisory, mentoring, or coaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP/GDP, FDA, and CFR training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support Training Coordinators across multiple warehouse locations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training schedules for all shifts.
• Oversee onboarding, ongoing training, and qualification programs.
