Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant scientific field.
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) preferred for seniority.
• Experience with GMP/bioprocess workflows is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects within GMP/ECTL with guidance and execute processes.
• Provide input on SOPs and process flow revisions.
• Document and report experimental data (batch records, HPLC reports).
• Ensure compliance with quality/regulatory requirements and address deviations.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, calibration, and procurement.
• Train staff on basic techniques and cGMP equipment usage.
• Perform additional duties to meet department and institution goals.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
