Job summary

Catalent is hiring a Technician II, Tech Services in Harmans, MD. This on-site role supports GMP manufacturing, maintaining gowning inventory and ensuring sterility of equipment and environment.

You will follow cGMP and GDP standards and document processes under the supervision of the Tech Services team. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in a regulated setting, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a regulated environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and across teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to cGMPs and GDPs.
• Ensure gowning areas into and within Manufacturing areas are stocked with supplies.
• Day-to-day duties include Equipment Wash Room, Parts Washer, Sterilization/Autoclave, WFI Port Flushing, and Filter Integrity Testing.
• Perform cleaning procedures on processing equipment and manufacturing areas using written procedures and materials.
• Ensure all training is up to date on all cGMP manufacturing operations and documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to meet departmental and company objectives.
