Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Technician to keep assigned GMP areas clean and orderly while following strict instructions and safety rules in a GMP environment. The role requires good communication, ability to read procedures, and teamwork to support shift leads.

Shifts run 3:00AM–2:00PM in New Jersey (Raritan). The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20–$21, with comprehensive benefits; candidates may need CPR/AED/First Aid certification and possibly forklift

Qualifications

• Education and/ or Experience: High school diploma / GED – preferred.
• 6mo to 1 year of experience – preferred.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus; may require a valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Read/interpret instructions, strong verbal and written communication, cleaning methods knowledge.

Title:GMP TechnicianJob Description:Job OverviewThe GMP Tech will be responsible for keeping assigned areas within GMP in clean and orderly condition. The tech will work successfully with fellow employees and others while understanding and following instructions, both verbal and written. The individual should be able to explain how to complete a task, using basic communication skills.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.Comply with safety rules, policies, and proceduresStop at risk behavior of others and selfPerform work assignments in a team with other employeesPerform repetitive tasksMaintain clean work areaTake direction and respond to supervisionCommunicate with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional mannerSupport shift lead in completing punch-list itemsUse proper personal protective equipmentPresent a professional appearance and conductUnderstand customer service and satisfactionUnderstand reporting systems and the environmentPerform repetitive tasks in a GMP environmentPerform sanitization duties to maintain a GMP controlled environmentConsistently follow all customer and SBM SOP’s and proceduresRespond to customer requests in a professional mannerFully train in area job functions for specific shift assignment and area classification including walls, floors, windows, wipe-downs, maintenance issue reporting, and shut-down cleaningComplete daily FN logs accurately and completelyMust be trained and be certified in correct gowning procedures for assigned areaComplete all basic training modules and annual qualification trainings per customer Standard Operating ProceduresComplete all safety certifications including chemical safetyAvailable to act as area fill-in in the event of general staff shortageSupport shift lead in completing work orders and internally identified items for assigned areaQualificationTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
