Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Technician in Mesa, AZ to maintain clean GMP areas, follow safety rules, and work with a team on assigned tasks. The role requires clear communication, accuracy, and the ability to perform repetitive duties in a GMP setting.

Shifts run Wed-Sat 5pm-3:30am with a pay range of $18.50–$19.50 per hour. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 6 months to 1 year of experience and related certifications helpful. SBM offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED – preferred.
• 6mo to 1 year of experience – preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Keep assigned GMP areas clean and orderly.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors and coworkers.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items and work orders.
• Perform sanitization duties to maintain GMP environment.
• Complete daily logs and training modules as required.
• Respond to customer requests in a professional manner.
• Attend to area tasks including gowning and equipment upkeep.

The tech will work successfully with fellow employees and others while understanding and following instructions, both verbal and written. The individual should be able to explain how to complete a task, using basic communication skills.**Roles & Responsibilities**To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
