Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Technician in Indiana to maintain clean, GMP-compliant areas and follow safety procedures. You will work with a team to perform repetitive tasks, communicate effectively, and assist with punch-list items under shift supervision.

The role requires basic reading and writing skills, a high school diploma or GED, and up to one year of related experience. Individual must comply with PPE, SOPs, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma / GED preferred.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repetitive tasks in a GMP environment.
  • Maintain clean work area and sanitize surfaces.
  • Support shift lead in completing punch-list items and safety checks.
  • Complete daily logs and incident reporting.
  • Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, and coworkers.

Title:GMP TechnicianJob Description:Job OverviewThe GMP Tech will be responsible for keeping assigned areas within GMP in clean and orderly condition. The tech will work successfully with fellow employees and others while understanding and following instructions, both verbal and written. The individual should be able to explain how to complete a task, using basic communication skills.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.Comply with safety rules, policies, and proceduresStop at risk behavior of others and selfPerform work assignments in a team with other employeesPerform repetitive tasksMaintain clean work areaTake direction and respond to supervisionCommunicate with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional mannerSupport shift lead in completing punch-list itemsUse proper personal protective equipmentPresent a professional appearance and conductUnderstand customer service and satisfactionUnderstand reporting systems and the environmentPerform repetitive tasks in a GMP environmentPerform sanitization duties to maintain a GMP controlled environmentConsistently follow all customer and SBM SOP’s and proceduresRespond to customer requests in a professional mannerFully train in area job functions for specific shift assignment and area classification including walls, floors, windows, wipe-downs, maintenance issue reporting, and shut-down cleaningComplete daily FN logs accurately and completelyMust be trained and be certified in correct gowning procedures for assigned areaComplete all basic training modules and annual qualification trainings per customer Standard Operating ProceduresComplete all safety certifications including chemical safetyAvailable to act as area fill-in in the event of general staff shortageThe ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.Support shift lead in completing work orders and internally identified items for assigned areaQualificationTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Completed all safety and task training certification.
