Job summary

Indotronix is seeking a Technical Writer to develop and revise procedures used in manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with area SMEs to ensure accuracy and quality of technical documents.

The role includes managing controlled document lifecycles from issuance to archival with Quality Assurance, maintaining GMP SOPs, and training staff on writing standards. Fully onsite in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma with 5+ years related experience.
• Associate's degree with 3-4 years industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills; written and oral.
• Experience with document control and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with area SMEs or technical specialists to build or revise procedures or documents for manufacturing processes.
• Verifies accuracy of technical details, manages documentation workflows and proofreads drafts for design and quality standards.
• Performs administrative duties related to managing controlled document life cycles from issuance to archival with Quality Assurance.
• Maintains GMP manual of SOPs and manages logbooks for manufacturing operations.
• Provides training to junior associates on writing standards and documentation design and quality.
