Job summary

Amneal in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in our pharmaceutical manufacturing and office facilities, ensuring a sterile environment in line with industry hygiene standards.

You will clean production areas, offices, restrooms and common spaces, manage waste and restock supplies, and support safety by following SOPs and reporting issues to the Facilities Supervisor. This on-site role requires attention to detail and adherence to protocols.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in warehouse and/or office janitorial experience.
• OSHA-compliant Respirator Fit Test required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the GMP facility in strict accordance with SOPs.
• Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables per procedures.
• Clean floors, breakrooms, restrooms and outer production areas using approved chemicals.
• Maintain stock levels of paper products in lunchrooms and restrooms; report safety issues.
• Assist with other facility maintenance and special cleaning projects.
