Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in a related field with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• GMP laboratory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Author, revise, and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing reagents and consumables.
• Facilitate moderately complex controlled experiments to support new product development.
• Perform validation activities for equipment used in GMP manufacturing processes.
• Identify and resolve observed manufacturing process issues.
• Conduct periodic workspace walkthroughs and maintain compliance.

Skills

Knowledge of GMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

Strong organizational skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to perform moderately complex data analysis

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education

Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience

Master’s degree with up to 2 years of relevant experience
