Job summary

Ratio Therapeutics is seeking Production Technicians I, II, and III to join the GMP manufacturing team in the Salt Lake City area. The role involves aseptic formulation, drug product processing, dispensing, labeling, and packaging in hot cells and cleanrooms while upholding GMP and radiation safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have a degree or equivalent experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant field; 0–5 years experience for degree holders, or 5+ years with a high school diploma.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing, GMP/ aseptic environments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow procedures and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiochemical synthesis and formulation tasks.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing and testing equipment.
• Handle radioactive materials following safety procedures and exposure limits.
• Support packaging and shipment preparation to clinical sites or customers.
• Follow GMP, GDP, and data integrity requirements.
• Participate in quality systems activities and deviations investigations.
• Assist in training other technicians and contribute to continuous improvement.
