Ratio Therapeutics is seeking Production Technicians I, II and III to join our GMP manufacturing facility in the Salt Lake City metropolitan area (West Valley City, Utah). Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree; 0–5 years’ experience, or HS diploma with 5+ years in regulated setting.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing, GMP/cleanroom, or radiopharmaceutical environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to step-by-step procedures.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiochemical synthesis, formulation, dispensing, and inspection.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing and testing equipment.
• Handle radioactive materials following radiation safety procedures and exposure limits.
• Support packaging, shielding, and dose preparation for clinical or commercial use.
• Follow GMP, GDP, and data integrity requirements; participate in quality systems.
