Job summary

Actalent seeks a Quality Technician in Vandalia, OH to support QA activities for medical devices, tissue-based products, biologics, and labeling materials. You will ensure documentation integrity, participate in inspections, and help maintain cGMP and GDP standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a high school diploma with GMP/GDP experience; a Bachelor's in Life Sciences is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working under GMP or GDP regulations.
• Experience following SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Experience in quality control and maintaining quality documentation.
• Familiarity with regulated environments in pharmaceutical, biologics, or tissue processing.

Responsibilities

• Issue controlled documentation per procedures.
• Review batch production and manufacturing records for GDP compliance.
• Support chain of custody activities for regulated products.
• Assist cross-functional teams with problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Provide QMS operations support to cGMP departments.
• Navigate ERP systems to execute quality tasks.
• Perform material inspections across processing and distribution sites.
• Maintain accurate records in line with GDP.
