Job summary

iHerb is seeking a GMP / Quality Compliance Supervisor to oversee quality and regulatory programs at a fulfillment center. You will enforce cGMP across the process, support audits, CAPA actions, and training programs to uphold FDA and NSF standards.

You will maintain thorough quality records, coordinate inspections, and drive continuous improvement within the team. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration with operations to ensure product integrity and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in a quality control or GMP-regulated role, preferably in fulfillment/distribution.
• Associate degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PCQI certification is preferred or required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Enforce cGMP across the entire fulfillment lifecycle from receipt to shipment.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; ensure adherence to procedures.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and cGMP audits; follow up CAPAs.
• Maintain up-to-date quality records and documentation.
• Coordinate GMP and quality training for team members; onboarding and refreshers.
• Assist in product recalls; ensure proper handling and documentation.
