Job summary

Puretek Corporation is hiring a QA Inspector in California to oversee day-to-day quality assurance tasks on the production line. You will ensure compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines, and prepare management reports as requested.

You will inspect packaging finished goods, submit samples for approval, and generate daily QA reports. The role requires attention to detail, English communication, and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of drug cGMPs, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines including FDA requirements.
• Experience inspecting pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or nutriceutical products in a GMP environment.
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and issues reports of all packaging finished goods using established protocols.
• Creates standards for approval as needed.
• Submits samples to the laboratories as required for product approval.
• Checks quality of the filled product during in-process and compares against the standard.
• Checks the bar code and applies release stickers on pallets of finished goods.
• Prepares daily reports of in-process packaging products.
• Performs batch record audits and reviews SOPs and QA documents.
• Executes internal audits and supports client/regulatory audits as required.
• Maintains QA records and documentation; communicates issues up to QA Lead or management.
