Job summary

Sharp Services, LLC is seeking a QA Inspector Level I to enforce GMP compliance and inspect components, bulk product, and finished goods related to contract packaging. The role emphasizes reviewing batch records, room identification, and equipment verification to ensure traceability and quality control.

The candidate will verify documentation, keep accurate records, and ensure batch records are executed per SOPs, with attention to cleanliness and proper handling of materials.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma with 1–2 years related experience acceptable.
• Experience inspecting pharmaceutical or related industries is desired.
• Good documentation and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GMP compliance across the production floor (gowning, hygiene, handling/storage, documentation).
• Verify batch records, room IDs, and equipment against the batch documentation and CoC/CoA.
• Inspect incoming components for lot number, expiration date, description, and quantity against supporting records.
