Job summary

Ascentek is seeking a Production Machine Operator in Minnesota to operate and monitor filling, capping, and packaging lines. You will perform setups, run production, and ensure quality while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of experience with production or packaging machinery, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read work orders. Excellent teamwork and adherence to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read work orders and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow work orders and blend tickets to produce finished products.
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers as needed.
• Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure specifications.
• Troubleshoot basic issues to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
• Load, label, and palletize finished products for shipment.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and safety standards.
• Report safety concerns or equipment issues to supervision.
