Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking manufacturing personnel in a full-time role in New London, CT. The position focuses on generating and managing manufacturing documentation, operating and maintaining equipment, and contributing to process improvements in a regulated environment.

The candidate must have 2+ years of GMP/ISO experience or a relevant science degree, plus a valid US driver’s license and the ability to work in a classified environment with PPE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree; or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment (GMP, ISO, etc.).
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Physical requirements include standing, bending, climbing, reaching and lifting up to 55 pounds.
• Must wear PPE and work in a controlled manufacturing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Generate, support, and execute manufacturing documentation (batch records, logbooks, labels, check sheets, protocols, change controls, QTS).
• Perform manufacturing activities to convert raw materials into intermediate products.
• Process intermediate materials into final patient-ready product presentations.
• Set up manufacturing equipment and ensure required documentation is completed accurately.
• Support operation and upkeep of a classified manufacturing environment.
• Complete operator care tasks associated with equipment operation and maintenance.
• Generate, manage, and report operational performance data.
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes.
