Job summary

Alcami is seeking a Production Trainer - GMP/Packaging to drive training programs ensuring production teams are trained, qualified, and compliant with cGMP/cGDP standards. The role blends classroom instruction, on-floor coaching, and documentation to sustain high-quality manufacturing.

You will develop curricula, deliver hands-on training, track progress, and coordinate with Quality, Operations, and Continuous Improvement to optimize training effectiveness and adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience in a cGMP manufacturing setting.
• 3+ years creating and delivering training in a cGMP environment.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in production or pharma operations.
• 3+ years experience in a cGMP environment required.

Responsibilities

• Develop structured, cGMP/compliant training programs for production roles.
• Deliver onboarding and floor-based training to ensure proper execution of procedures.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure annual training compliance.
• Support continuous improvement by integrating process changes into training.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations and Leadership to close gaps.
