Sovereign Pharmaceuticals in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an entry-level Packaging Technician to assist with the operation of packaging equipment and ensure products are filled, labeled, and sealed per cGMP standards. This role focuses on learning packaging operations, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting line efficiency through proper setup, cleaning, and material handling.

The position offers a first shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) with possible overtime based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates basic packaging equipment.
• Assists in setup, cleaning, and changeovers under supervision.
• Performs batch records, cleaning logs, and in-process forms.
• Inspects labeling, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
• Monitors line speed, efficiency, and material usage.
• Maintains clean packaging rooms per SOPs and GMP guidelines.
• Supports production runs and line changeovers.
• Follows safety, quality, and cGMP requirements.
