The role requires an Associate degree in Maintenance Technology or equivalent experience, with 1–5 years in manufacturing and a strong safety mindset. Expect overtime and on-call coverage as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and fine-tune assembly and packaging equipment while meeting all food safety expectations.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance across production machinery to maximize uptime.
• Install new equipment, troubleshoot performance issues, and stabilize operations.
• Complete assigned projects on time and in full compliance with food safety requirements.
• Assist with cross-functional Production/Maintenance tasks to keep schedules on track.
• Record accurate maintenance details—work orders, time entries, and findings—as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
