Job summary

Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is seeking an Operations Technician I to execute technical tasks and support packaging, labeling, warehousing, and distribution of clinical materials. The role emphasizes GMP compliance, documentation, and quality-related activities within Global Clinical Supply Operations.

The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
• 0-3 years of experience in a related field; candidates without a degree should have 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience using respiratory equipment
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles.
• Knowledge of quality and safety requirements for pharmaceutical packaging/handling.
• SAP experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cGMP and safety training to site requirements.
• Follow cGMP, standard operating procedures and safety requirements in all activities.
• Operate in cold vaults, walk in CTUs, and stand up CTUs.
• Execute assigned technical tasks and follow up on their completion.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to technical activities.
• Perform packaging, warehousing, and distribution activities according to GMPs and safety requirements.
• Primary and secondary packaging of drug products and biologics.
• Distribution activities including order processing and shipping.
• Perform all tasks related to clinical label printing production.
• Warehousing activities including inventory movement and accuracy.
• Manage ordering and inventory levels for consumables.
• Support Quality oversight through SOP authoring and batch record reconciliation.
• Support investigations and CAPAs; participate in audits as SME.
