Job summary

Terrestrial Bio, Inc. is seeking a Research Associate to join the Analytical Method Development and Quality Control team, focusing on Environmental Monitoring and microbiological testing in a GMP environment.

This hands-on lab role supports routine monitoring, data trending, and documentation. You will collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and other teams, taking on new methods as programs grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a Life Sciences field with relevant lab experience.
• Hands-on experience with Environmental Monitoring in GMP labs.
• Experience with microbiological testing (Mycoplasma, Bioburden, or endotoxin).
• Familiarity with aseptic techniques and record-keeping in regulated labs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine Environmental Monitoring of controlled and cleanroom areas.
• Support microbiological testing including Mycoplasma, Bioburdn, and endotoxin testing.
• Prepare samples, media, and materials for microbiological testing.
• Maintain trending records and analyze Environmental Monitoring data.
• Support review and investigation of unusual results.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and follow GMP procedures.
• Contribute to SOPs, protocols, and lab documentation.
• Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams.
