Randstad USA in Plainville, MA is seeking a manufacturing contractor for a 1-year assignment on a rotating 12-hour day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM). You will support biopharmaceutical manufacturing with strict GDP and cGMP adherence.

Responsibilities include executing batch records, maintaining documentation, and ensuring product quality while working in cleanroom environments. High school diploma required; 1 year of related experience preferred.

• At least 1 year of work experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or a laboratory setting.
• Technical aptitude with biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and safety standards.
• Ability to follow strict cleanroom gowning regulations and wear PPE.

• Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour day shift on-site in Plainville, MA.

Responsibilities

• Execute work instructions and batch records accurately per GDP and cGMP.
• Spend ~90% of shift in cleanroom suites operating biomanufacturing equipment.
• Inspect in-process and finished products to ensure quality specs.
• Assist with batch record reconciliation, routine maintenance, and inventory tracking.
• Follow aseptic gowning protocols and safety guidelines while supporting CAPA closures.

• Execute work instructions and batch records accurately in compliance with GDP and cGMP standards.
• Spend approximately 90% of shift time in cleanroom manufacturing suites operating biomanufacturing equipment.
• Inspect in-process and finished products to ensure strict adherence to quality specifications.
• Assist with batch record reconciliation, routine preventative maintenance, and inventory tracking.
• Follow aseptic gowning protocols and safety guidelines while supporting nonconformance and CAPA closures.
