Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking personnel for manufacturing and assembling clinical and commercial products in a Maryland-based facility. The role involves operating production equipment, weighing and inspecting materials, and ensuring batches meet specifications through in-process testing and validated processes.

The position requires following GMP and safety policies, assisting with training, and being available for overtime to meet business demands.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production equipment.
• Knowledge of GMP and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble clinical and commercial products.
• Operate production equipment.
• Weigh, measure and check raw materials to ensure batches have proper ingredients and quantities.
• Assist with in-process testing to ensure batches meet specifications.
• Validate processes and equipment related to filtration, cleaning and sterilization.
• Remove and dispose of waste chemicals, solvents and acids.
• Create solutions, powders, and liquids for batches to meet specifications.
• Provide training support for onboarding and new procedures.
• Support lead/supervisor for continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Follow GMP procedures and BD housekeeping and safety policies.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
