• 3+ years of facilities maintenance experience in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with cleanrooms and critical utilities is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility systems.
• Monitor critical utilities and cleanroom environments to ensure compliance.
• Respond to and troubleshoot facility issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain documentation, work orders, and maintenance logs.
