Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a seasoned auditor leader to manage audit projects across global locations. The role requires managing a team and coordinating complex audits in manufacturing and retail settings.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree (or higher) with relevant credentials and at least four years of related experience, plus strong English communication and willingness to travel extensively. The position is based near an airport with significant travel expectations.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent required; graduate degree in Science/Engineering is preferred.
• GFSI auditor credential or RAC/CPGP or similar certifications are required or encouraged.
• Four years of related experience in manufacturing, retail, quality, or food safety.
• Willingness to travel up to 70–80% annually; relocate as needed.

• University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree) required. Prefer Graduate Science Degree in Food or Pharma Sciences, Engineering, Technology, or similar.
• Must hold one or more scope specific professional credential(s), such as: GFSI recognized auditor credential; CQA, RABQSA, IRCA, RAC, Pharmaceutical GMP Professional Certification (CPGP)
• Four years related work experience in manufacturing or retail sectors in technical, supply chain, retail operations, quality assurance or food safety and/or equivalent experience in environmental health, public health or relevant experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel to other countries, states, regions, provinces and or throughout any assigned or designated country (up to 70 to 80% annually).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and if required fully proficient/literate in a 2nd language.
• Excellent oral communication skills; capable of addressing high executive audiences and conduct opening and closing conferences in front of multiple people.
• Excellent mathematical skills and analytical skills. Creative and innovative thinking to problem solve and streamline processes.
• Ability to lead a team of auditors during the execution of a project and/or specialized audits. Proficient in internet navigation, e-mail and PC software such as Microsoft Word, Excel.
• PCQI Certification a plus.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally and work remotely. This position does not generally report to a specific UL office.

Candidate needs to be located close to airport due to high travel requirements.

What we offer:

• Total Rewards : We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
