Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Lead to oversee activities within the GMP program, including company employees and temporary staff. The role emphasizes safe work practices and adherence to procedures in the assigned areas. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of high-tech experience or training.

A valid driver’s license and forklift certification may be required. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities.
• Provide reports, such as pass down.
• Perform service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Track and maintain supplies inventory.
• Issue equipment and supplies.
• Monitor personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment.
• Report to supervisor immediately.
• Report accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Provide recommendations for areas that need improvement.
• Maintain records, training, inspections, data collection.
• Logbook compliance—accurate completion.
• Complete tasks as required by site's SOPs.

Job Overview

The GMP Lead will be responsible for overseeing activities within the assigned areas in the GMP program. This includes the company employees and other temporary employees engaged in the program. Adhere to, implement, and demonstrate safe work practices and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform of employees within the program assigned
• Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate and monitor work activities
• Provide reports, such as pass down
• Perform service, and safety inspections
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair
• Track and maintain supplies inventory
• Issue equipment and supplies
• Monitor of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment
• Report to supervisor immediately

Education and/ or Experience

• High school diploma / GED
• Two years high tech experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Valid Driver's License to operate company or personal vehicles.
• May be required to be Forklift Certified

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Bi -Lingual in Spanish is a plus

Compensation and Shift

Monday - Friday: 12:00-8:00pm (some weekends)

$17.00-$18.00 per hour
