Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a seasoned Facilities Project Engineer to lead clean room and equipment upgrade projects at our Morris Plains site. The role emphasizes project coordination, vendor management, and technical oversight within a GMP-regulated environment.

You will develop schedules, document upgrade requirements, coordinate after-hours work, and partner with C&Q teams to ensure compliant validation and seamless deployment across multiple phases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of GMP-regulated facilities experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Experience with biosafety cabinets and laminar flow devices.
• Experience upgrading clean rooms and monitoring systems.
• Experience coordinating with C&Q teams for validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules for procurement and installation.
• Document requirements for clean room upgrades.
• Lead upgrades of BSEs, LFGs, and monitoring systems.
• Coordinate after-hours shutdowns and early-morning work.
• Oversee active air monitoring and particle identification upgrades.
• Integrate Siemens EMS with automation systems.
• Supervise installation across multiple phases.
• Coordinate with C&Q teams for compliance and validation.
• Plan timelines to minimize disruption to operations.
