Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, significant supervisory experience, and proficiency in CMMS software. This position entails working in a fast-paced, regulated environment, emphasizing continuous improvement and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of supervisory or managerial experience overseeing maintenance functions.
• 5 years of experience in an FDA regulated manufacturing facility preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with plumbing and HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance technicians and staff to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage maintenance and facility budgets.
• Develop long-term asset management strategies.
