Job summary

Piramal Critical Care is seeking an Electrical Systems Specialist to support reliability, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems in a GMP manufacturing setting. The role coordinates small to medium engineering projects, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and ensures safe operation of equipment up to 480V.

The position requires an associate degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience with industrial manufacturing

Qualifications

Associate degree in instrumentation/controls/electrical technology or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience with industrial manufacturing equipment up to 480V.
Ability to read/modify electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
Experience coordinating contractors/technicians for maintenance or projects.
Familiarity with GMP environments and change management processes.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot instrumentation, controls, equipment interfaces, and related systems.
Provide technical support to production, maintenance, engineering, calibration, and contractors.
Lead small-to-medium projects from scope through closeout, including scheduling and documentation.
Install, start up, test, commission, and closeout instrumentation and controls upgrades.
Read and redline wiring schematics and P&IDs as needed for troubleshooting and installation.
