Job summary

Replimune in Framingham, MA is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Manager to lead warehouse operations, ensuring GMP compliance and efficient inbound/outbound shipments.

This on-site role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in regulated environments, familiarity with SAP/Oracle, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or management; related experience acceptable.
• DOT/IATA transportation certifications.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in regulated environments.
• 3-5 years material handling, shipping/receiving and warehouse coordination.
• Experience with temperature sensitive shipments; frozen dry ice.
• Experience with SAP and Oracle inventory systems.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish warehousing and shipping processes.
• Coordinate shipments with 3PL and Senior Manager.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipment compliance including temperature control.
• Provide daily training and guidance to staff.
• Maintain accurate inventory of controlled items.
• Oversee packout and inventory systems at Framingham facility.
• Collaborate with Finance to confirm Oracle sales orders.
• Organize warehouse staffing to support activities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for inbound receipts and shipping.
• Own quality records: deviations, CAPAs, changes.
• Analyze data to drive monthly metrics.
• Prepare for audits/inspections as SME.
