Job summary

Adare Pharma Solutions, located in Vandalia, OH, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform demand and preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment at our Ohio Manufacturing and R&D facility. The role ensures unimpeded availability of facilities and equipment and supports engineering projects.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of maintenance experience, GMP exposure, and strong troubleshooting skills, with knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and control systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance; GMP experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of digital control systems and programmable controllers preferred.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and control circuits.
• Experience with calibration and validation preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix problems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment and facilities are operational and in good repair.
• Troubleshoot and repair facilities and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Assist Engineering group in completing capital projects.
• Support safety and cGMP programs.
• Attend work regularly and safely.
