Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Sanitation Technician to clean and sanitize production and warehouse equipment, ensuring a clean environment for quality products.

The role follows GMPs, uses PPE properly, and adheres to safety and sanitation policies. You will perform cleaning of equipment, walls, floors, logs, and routine checks while maintaining a tidy work area and accurate sanitation records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of industrial cleaning experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fluency in English; ability to read and write.
• Stand 90% of the time with bending and lifting.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitize filling equipment, tanks, lines, and other processing equipment using cleaning chemicals and sanitizers.
• Clean and sanitize walls, ceilings and floors using cleaning chemicals and sanitizers as directed.
• Follow sanitation and quality policies and procedures and report deficiencies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform start-up, safety, quality, production and equipment checks and document results.
• Perform sanitary equipment maintenance per preventive maintenance schedule or as directed.
• Restock and replenish supplies and maintain sanitation logs.
• Follow GMPs for the assigned area and use PPE.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
