The role requires strong documentation, budgeting, and mentoring skills, with extensive collaboration across departments and travel up to 50%. A four-year degree and GMP knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• GMP compliance knowledge and regulatory-requirement familiarity.
• Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools demonstrated in practice.
• Ability to develop and implement business solutions and process improvements.
• Experience in organizing documentation, procedures, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and growth of GMP Regulated Services business units and Critical Environments.
• Support multiple projects concurrently using operations experience focused on GMP compliance and process excellence.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and improvement tools to drive efficiency and cost control.
• Manage and coordinate services and projects across functional teams.
• Provide technical mentoring to department personnel and coordinate staff travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
