Rose BioSolutions is seeking a GMP Cleaner to perform routine cleaning and sanitization in GMP manufacturing suites and labs. You will ensure clean, compliant environments and support gowning/material readiness for operations in a fast-paced, high-impact team.

The role requires a high school diploma with biotech GMP experience, strong communication, and the ability to learn aseptic techniques, with flexible schedules including potential night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3–5 years in biotech in GMP setting.
• Willingness to learn aseptic techniques and clean-room behavior.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of GMP suites and labs.
• Clean walls, floors, ceilings, windows and equipment exteriors per SOPs.
• Prepare and use approved cleaning/disinfecting solutions per procedures.
• Execute cleaning schedules and complete tasks on time.
• Deep clean during shutdowns and maintenance events.
• Support cleaning of Grade C and D cleanrooms.
• Stock gowning and materials for operations.
• Engage and inspire others; cover for Supervisor when needed.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
