Job summary

ESFM at Pfizer's Chesterfield, MO facility is seeking a full-time Cleanroom Technician. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, with a fixed pay rate of $23.00 per hour. The role focuses on maintaining a sterile cleanroom environment by garbing, cleaning, and following strict cleanroom procedures.

GMP experience is required. Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and SOP comprehension are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years housekeeping or cleaning service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and comprehend Standard Operating Procedure Documents (SOPs)

Responsibilities

• Maintains a sterile environment in the clean room by garbing and cleaning according to SOPs
• Performs decontamination cleaning and project assignments with accuracy and reliability
• Maintains documentation on activities and frequent quality control testing
• Monitors stock of cleanroom garments and cleaning materials
• Manages contamination sources within the cleanroom environment
