Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division is hiring a full-time Cleanroom Technician at Pfizer, Chesterfield, MO. The role maintains a sterile cleanroom environment by garbing and cleaning according to established procedures.

You will follow GMP guidelines, perform cleaning and decontamination tasks, document activities, manage supplies, and support contamination control. Shift is Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with details discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 1-2 years housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and comprehend SOPs
• Exposure to chemicals with required protective equipment

Responsibilities

• Maintains sterile clean room by garbing and cleaning per SOPs
• Performs decontamination cleaning and projects with accuracy
• Maintains documentation and frequent quality control checks
• Monitors stock of cleanroom garments and cleaning materials
• Manages contamination sources within the cleanroom
• Performs other duties as assigned
