Job summary

Zoetis in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support GMP biologics production in the monoclonal antibody (mAb) department. You will perform upstream and downstream operations, using aseptic technique, documenting critical parameters, and operating culture and purification equipment.

Hours are 1st shift, with overtime and weekend rotation as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a BS in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate possesses a BS in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Support GMP biologics production in upstream and downstream manufacturing operations.
• Perform aseptic inoculation, cell culture maintenance, and sampling with proper GMP documentation.
• Execute purification steps including chromatography, ultrafiltration, and nanofiltration as required.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and equipment changeovers following SOPs.
