Job summary

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
• BS in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in large-scale production or laboratory scale.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform upstream and downstream GMP operations for large-scale mAb production campaigns.
• Operate bioreactors, isolator gloveboxes and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Execute CIP/SIP procedures in accordance with SOPs and batch records.
• Perform chromatography, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration as required by the process.
• Maintain process documentation in compliance with GMP standards and safety policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals.
