Job summary

Aldevron in Fargo, ND, is seeking a GMP Biomanufacturing Operator I to contribute to our manufacturing team on-site. You will execute production events in a rigorous GMP environment, supporting pDNA, mRNA, and protein product workflows with a focus on safety and quality.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read and write English, basic math skills, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior GMP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, understand English, and perform basic math.
• Good communication and documentation skills; report and schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes including transformations, cell banking, fermentation, lysis, chromatography, diafiltration, and final fill.
• Maintain a safety-first, audit-ready environment in manufacturing areas.
• Follow GMP practices and gowning, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
