Job summary

Aldevron is seeking a GMP Biomanufacturing Operator I to join the manufacturing team in Fargo, ND. The role requires performing production events in a GMP setting with aseptic technique and strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be able to read and write English, and demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Good communication skills for reporting, documentation, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Execute GMP manufacturing processes (transformations, cell banking, fermentation, lysis, chromatography, diafiltration, final fill) to support pDNA, mRNA, and protein products.
• Practice aseptic techniques to minimize contamination in all manufacturing areas.
• Maintain a safety and quality-first mindset and follow gowning, SOPs, GMPs, and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with team to improve and standardize processes using DBS tools and continuous improvement.
