Job summary

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, write, understand English, and apply basic math.
• Good communication and reporting/documentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes such as transformations, cell banking, fermentation, lysis, chromatography, diafiltration, and final fill to support pDNA, mRNA, and protein product types.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset and ensure an audit-ready environment, following gowning and GMP practices.
• Maintain quality-first mindset with proper SOPs, documentation practices, and regulatory expectations.
