Job summary

TekWissen Group, on behalf of a biotechnology client, is seeking a Formulation Scientist I in Carlsbad, CA. This role supports the Formulations and Buffers team, assisting in dilution and preparation of monoclonal antibodies and enzymes in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Biology or related Life Sciences, 2–4 years GMP experience, aseptic techniques, meticulous documentation, and strong data entry skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Cell Biology, or related Life Sciences field.
• 2–4 years of GMP-regulated manufacturing/lab experience.
• Aseptic techniques and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform dilutions of monoclonal antibodies and enzymes.
• Execute hands-on manufacturing activities per production schedules.
• Maintain clean, safe laboratory environment and proper aseptic techniques.
• Enter production data and observations into databases; manage batch records.
