Job summary

The Burks Companies Inc is seeking an Aseptic Cleaning Tech for day shift in Exton, PA. You will perform highly technical cleaning in controlled clean room environments to meet strict particulate, temperature, humidity and pressure specifications.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, monitoring sterility, completing FDA-compliant paperwork, and collaborating with a team to maintain aseptic conditions. A high school diploma and GMP exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires reading and following SOPs.
• Experience in GMP environments preferred.
• Able to work in a clean room and follow aseptic techniques.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Site Supervisor or Manager, the Aseptic Cleaning Tech is responsible for providing highly technical cleaning services in pharmaceutical industries. Work is performed inside a clean room where particulate, temperatures, relative humidity and pressure are controlled to specified limits.

Day Shift Position (6:00 am to 2:00 pm)

Monday - Friday

Salary: $18.00 - 19.00 per hour

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning tasks specifically in clean room environments.
• Read, understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor sterility of self, supplies, equipment and environment as required.
• Accurately complete all paperwork in accordance to FDA and other site specific procedures and policies.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Education And Work Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 1 year of verifiable and related work experience in GMP environment is preferred. Solid understanding and practice in principles of aseptic techniques and universal precautions.

Knowledge And Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos is required. Must be dependable and meet the attendance requirements. Must be willing to work in a team environment and exhibit a high level of professionalism.
