Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of GME accreditation requirements and ensures program compliance.
• Supports Compliance and Ethics program and reports concerns.
• Interacts professionally with faculty, residents, staff, students and affiliates while handling confidential information.
• Manages daily operational and administrative functions of the residency training program, including scheduling, recruitment, ERAS, interviews, onboarding, and event planning.
• Budgeting for cost centers, reimbursement documentation, and adherence to resource management policies.
• Acts as liaison between physicians and departments to promote a positive resident experience.
