Job Description
  • Provides daily support for all undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing medical education programs within a residency program service line.
  • Provides guidance and direction for all residents, fellows, and Jefferson Medical College students within the residency program.
  • Assists the Residency Program Director and Assistant Program Director in planning and developing policies and procedures related to educational programs, ensuring compliance with external review agencies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • One to three years of healthcare administration experience, including at least 1 year in graduate medical education.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with computers and database management is required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and exercise good judgment regarding sensitive material related to residents and students.
