Job summary

HCA HealthOne is seeking a GME Research Project Coordinator to manage multiple scholarly activity timelines across all lifecycle phases and support development of research documents. You will collaborate with physician investigators, residents, and directors to advance scholarly work within the GME program.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field, plus health services research exposure and at least 1 year of project management; familiarity with SPSS/STATA/R/Python or Tableau is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a research-related field is required; Master's preferred.
• Experience in health services research environment.
• A minimum of one year of project management experience; clinical experience preferred.
• Preferred experience using Statistical Software (SPSS, STATA, R, Tableau or Python) or coursework in Biostatistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scholarly activity and research project timelines throughout all lifecycle phases.
• Assist in developing scholarly activity and research-related documents and tools.
• Work closely with physician principal investigators, residents, fellows, research directors, and other stakeholders.
• Create and deliver effective presentations; communicate with all levels.
• Ensure compliance with HCA data access policy and procedures.
